This tech note summarizes a harmonized LC-MS/MS method for screening and confirmation of a large panel of 60 drugs and
metabolites in urine that was validated to meet the new ANSI/ASB 121 Standard using two Phenomenex HPLC columns and the ToxBox® forensic test
kits. This method should help to increase turnaround time and reduce sample backlogs compared to traditional immunoassay screening techniques followed
by GC-MS drug confirmation methods.
